How To Scale Your Business with Mitch Russo

Master business strategist and podcaster Mitch Russo joins us to unpack his journey to discover his process, harness new markets, and expand his reach. Grab your notepad and get ready for some practical tips you can start using today!

In 1985, Mitch Russo co-founded Timeslips Corp, which grew to become the largest time tracking Software Company in the world with about $25M in sales.

Later, Mitch joined Chet Holmes & Tony Robbins to create Business Breakthroughs, International, a company serving thousands of businesses a year with coaching, consulting and training services.

After the untimely death of Chet, Mitch left Business Breakthroughs to help others build their business as a consultant specializing in building certified consulting and coaching organizations, working with call centers with large volume lead flow, and helping coaching organizations scale.

Let’s dive into today’s episode and discuss…

    • How any service business can monetize lucrative, certification programs…and the pitfalls to avoid
    • How to build a business model for a successful product launch…and why it’s so much simpler than you think
    • Why radio is far from dead and how to get started leveraging it as a new marketing channel
    • How to harness a new, marketable niche: celebrity coaching
    • Why Mitch created a patented, accountability subscription service aimed at CEOs…and how you can be a part of it
    • How Mitch is taking his own advice and spreading his network as wide as he can…and how you can do it too

“But don't forget, we've really moved…we've evolved. Now information is basically free and implementation is what costs money.”

“…I would rather share everything I know and publish it freely on my website. Not because I think people are going to go off and do it on their own, it's because it helps people understand me better.”
